The report is based on data from the Commercial Register of Bulgaria, the National Statistical Institute and publicly available online information up to date from June 2020. It includes territorial distribution of the categories of medical establishments in the country, their number, cities with concentration of certain medical establishments, employees by districts. In addition to an overview of medical institutions, the report also contains a structural analysis of the medical sector in Bulgaria. The summary report includes territorial distribution of the medical establishments in the country, number of medical establishments by category, number of employees by districts.
